These hardwearing Base Boots MK2 from Altberg, offer shock absorption, cushioning, ankle support and excellent grip on various terrains, including muddy conditions.
Designed for use in hot weather, these desert boots have mesh panels on the sides for air permeability and will keep feet cooler when worn for extended periods.
An asymmetrical shape (AForme) with a narrower heel and waist, supports the heel of the foot and to reduce pressure on the large toe, the forefoot is wider.
A high-traction Defender sole offers shock absorption, slip resistance, improved uphill traction and downhill braking.
The Base Boots have a Cambrelle® lining which gives them excellent moisture-wicking properties, keeping feet cool and dry, ensuring comfort.
Because of the lower ankle height of these trekking boots, motion is enhanced while maintaining exceptional ankle support.
