The Altberg Desert Microlite boot has been a favourite with our Armed Forces for over 20 years on deployment in places such as Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, and Oman.
The desert boots are made from tough full-grain Bovine suede and Cordura which makes them very lightweight and breathable. Padded tongues and collars provide added comfort with leather lining for extra durability.
A high-traction Defender sole offers shock absorption, slip resistance, improved uphill traction and downhill braking, while the Tri-Flex 3-season midsole offers heat transfer resistance. The Cambrelle lining provides excellent wicking and breathability properties.
In MOD brown they are fully compatible with MTP and Multicam.
The Altberg desert boots are suitable for Armed forces, Close protection agencies and are also very popular for civilian use a proven summer walking boot.
